More than 7 days before check-in: 100% refund. 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund. No-show: No refund. Early departure: No refund for unused nights. If the host cancels the booking, the guest receives a 100% refund or may choose an approved alternative property.

Full payment is required to confirm the booking. The booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received. All payments are made in Nigerian Naira (₦). The displayed nightly rate covers the number of guests specified in the booking. A refundable caution/security fee of ₦100,000 is required before check-in. Additional charges may apply for approved extra guests, late checkout, or other optional services.

The caution fee is refunded after checkout once the property has been inspected. Deductions may be made from the caution fee for documented property damage, missing items, or breaches of the house rules. No refund is provided for no-shows, early departure, or unused nights where the cancellation period has passed.

Valid government-issued identification may be required at check-in. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Day visitors are permitted subject to the property's visitor rules and security requirements. No parties or events. No smoking indoors. No illegal activities. Guests are responsible for keeping the property and its contents in good condition. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may attract an additional fee. Guests must follow applicable estate/building security and noise rules.
